This leading integrated agency is looking for a new Account Director to sit in their strategic team. The role will oversee PR, Creative, Social and Digital campaigns for clients within the property, professional services, finance and corporate sectors.


They are looking for a strategic marketing communications lead, who will drive the growth of the company by taking ownership of client relationships at a senior level to make a positive difference to their business. The main objective of the role is to grow existing business and convert new business opportunities into profitable client relationships.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Grow existing business
  • Set and evolve client strategy
  • Manage senior client relationships
  • Collaborate with team heads over briefing, costing, resourcing and timing of activities
  • Oversee output across teams to ensure all work is aligned with strategy and meets quality expectations
  • Cross-sell and up-sell agency services
  • Win new business
  • Conduct annual financial forecasting and set growth targets in line with agency-wide targets
  • Drive achievement of growth targets
  • Find and lead on winning new business, utilising the agency resources as appropriate
  • Act as an agency ambassador
  • Expand professional networks
