My client is a global digital commerce company, who are looking to appoint a PR Manager with a strong background in B2B Tech and corporate.

About the Role:
• Managing the delivery and development of the division communications strategy, with goals, budgets, tactics
• Managing proactive and reactive press coverage opportunities for the company and its key figures
• Managing new client media
• Dealing with media requests from business and trade press for tech trade, both in the UK and internationally
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with media outlets and journalists in the business, trade and mainstream sectors, both in the UK and internationally;
• Monitoring, reporting on, and maintaining media coverage results;
• Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain a consistent and accurate flow of information;
• Supporting the organisation, promotion and coverage of events and conferences
• Drafting key press releases, blogs and newsletters
• Producing PR content for both B2B trade press where relevant, and overseeing content production for outreach
• Working closely with social media and SEO teams to ensure an optimised flow of information, both internally and externally

Requirements
• Will have extensive experience in the B2B comms, ideally in the technology sector
• Will have strong trade press experience/contacts relating to technology
• Experience of organising and executing events to press and consumers
• Competent in the development and management of media campaigns for in the tech sector
• Excellent written communication skills, being well-versed in writing press releases and proposals
• Experience managing budgets and reporting
• Proactive with a keen eye for an opportunity and innate awareness of trends and the news agenda
• Collaborative team player with the tenacity to drive results and ambition to progress within an extremely talented team
• Friendly, positive, can-do attitude who thinks outside the box, is creative and goes the extra mile to drive initiatives
• Competent in working on integrated consumer communications campaigns and can devise and implement plans with creative flair
• Good understanding of relationship between PR and SEO
• Able to understand DA ratings and the need to drive value through PR
