I've recruited several people through Helen and have always found her capable and, more importantly, very pleasant to work with. As an employer, there isn’t much more you could want from a recruitment contact – she knows what a good candidate looks like, how to match skill sets well and, crucially, not to push a unsuitable candidate - perhaps because of her time in this industry. She is very professional and I would say has a wide range of decent quality public and private sector candidates. Overall, I most admire her honesty, integrity, and intelligence – qualities that I am well-placed to say are often lacking in the recruitment business given the amount of rubbish I have to wade through every day.
