My client is a legendary Manchester PR agency legend and they have a rare opportunity to join the senior management team and executive board within their award winning B2B team!

 

They are looking for a dynamic B2B Business Leader with a passion for innovation, commercial growth, and inspiring teams! The role will involve shaping business strategy, driving performance, leading a team, being a trusted advisor to clients, a champion of agency culture, and a driving force behind the agency’s continued success.

 

Requirements

-Deep understanding of B2B communications, with hands-on experience shaping strategy, managing client relationships, and delivering award-winning work.

-A strategic mindset with entrepreneurial flair and a track record of commercial success.

-Confidence in visualising future possibilities and thinking creatively about how to get there.

-A client-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional work.

-Experience in leading teams, developing talent, and embedding culture.

-A deep understanding of business and financial planning, management and reporting.

-A strong grasp of communications trends, industry influencers and competitor activity.

-A commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.
