B2B PR Account Director – Senior Account Director – 3 days a week 6 month contract – home based (with 1 day a week in London office).

We’re looking for an established Senior Account Director or Account Director to step into a key role within our clients fast-growing and multi-award winning B2B PR agency. The role will provide maternity cover for a six-month period, beginning in November.

You will be responsible for driving impactful strategies and ensuring excellent client service for a portfolio of eight exciting tech and professional service accounts. You will oversee a team of established account managers and executives, and be supported by our media relations, copywriting, and SEO specialist teams to deliver great results.

The role involves:

• Designing and optimising clients’ digital PR strategies.
• Managing and leading the team in the roll-out of these strategies, including integrated campaigns, and stepping in when required to deliver results.
• Measuring results and reporting back to clients.
• Acting as a senior point of contact for our clients.
• New business – picking up briefs, preparing proposals and leading pitches.
• Team leadership – overseeing a team of at least two direct reports, spotting, and resolving capacity challenges and identifying training requirements.
• Participation in team events, training, and socials.
