Corporate Communications Business Partner – 12 month contract

My client is a multidisciplinary contractor that delivers innovative engineering solutions across the civil engineering and construction sectors.

 

They are currently looking for someone to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract for their Corporate Communications Business Partner.

 

The holder of this role is one of two business partners responsible for the delivery of direct communications support to the group, and also for the provision of communications support to the head of corporate communications and corporate communications manager the group.

 

The role involves the management of multiple projects with key stakeholders to produce a variety of deliverables across the full communications mix.

 

The role is based in Preston (hybrid model of 2 days home working and 3 days in the office) with travel to other offices, sites and locations across the country as required.

 

Key responsibilities:

The corporate communications business partner is responsible for the following, and also for other activities as required by the local business unit or line manager.

 

  • Communications planning
  • Corporate literature.
  • External communications.
  • Social media.
  • Internal communications.
